Today I went to the University of East Anglia to look at the Denys Lasdun architecture and it was glorious.

A postcard I received this morning from a friend holidaying in Cornwall. It shows Cornwall Technical College in Redruth. (If I recall correctly it is now known as the Camborne campus of Cornwall College.)
When I stayed in Portreath a few years ago I remember the Tamar building (the lovely exposed concrete building in the centre of the picture) was often visible above the trees on trips to Redruth or Camborne. I’d meant on several occasions to visit and photograph it—I never got around to it. I did think, however, there would be plenty of photographs on the internet, unfortunately there were not. So I’m doubly glad to have received this wonderful picture.
