Burgemeester Tellegenhuis (better known as the Maupoleum), Amsterdam, Piet Zanstra/Ab Gmelig Meyling/Peter de Clerq Zubli, completed in 1971.
Demolished in 1994, after having gained the reputation of being the ugliest building in the Netherlands.
